Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.healthfluent.org, and HealthFluent LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to HealthFluent LLC include www.healthfluent.org, HealthFluent, Patter Products and www.patterproducts.org. The HealthFluent website is a ecommerce site. By using the HealthFluent website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

The data provided to HealthFluent LLC are provided voluntarily by individuals and organizations. We never solicit anyone under the age of 18 or anyone residing in a foreign country, however; if any data is found to be representing a person under the age of 18 or a non-resident of the United States of America then this data will be deleted from our data base.  All data are intended to be used by ourselves and our clients and partners in order to improve our process, products and services as well as our clients’ and partners’ process, products and services. The data we share is offered on a time limited basis as outlined in an individual operating agreement and is offered only as anonymized data with no personal identifying information offered or delivered. All data will be collected and held in a reasonable and industry standard secure manner and location accessible only by our authorized associates and only using industry standard security protocol. We will keep data secure for at least five years after which time we reserve the right to either delete or securely retain data forever.  Personal identifiable data will only be used by HealthFluent for the purpose of improving our internal business process and to communicate with and to fulfill requests to the people who disclose their data to us.  

Due to the nature of data transmission across the Internet and other communication methods, information accessible via these services may not always be available or current.
